Hi there, it’s me Coach Ghalia.

I’m a certified personal trainer, boxing trainer, and a nutritionist.

My aim is to help my clients achieve their body fitness goals in a safe and supportive environment, in a healthier way — to make them more confident and comfortable with the best version of themselves. I also focus on teaching them the importance of setting achievable goals through effective communication skills and by taking feedback.
