Welcome to WeTrain! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of WeTrain’s app and services. By using our app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Account Creation
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account with WeTrain.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (username and password) and are liable for any activity on your account.
Content
You are solely responsible for any content you share through WeTrain, including text, images, and videos.
You must not post content that is offensive, infringing, or violates anyone’s rights.
Payment
If you purchase sessions, supplements, or accessories from our marketplace, you agree to pay the specified fees.
All payments are subject to our Payment Policy.
- Your monthly payment will be deducted automatically from your payment card on the same day the purchase was made every month for the duration of your subscription
- It is possible to freeze the subscription in emergency cases such as illness or travel, and the duration will be extended accordingly.

- If you wish or need to reschedule any training session with the coach, please notify the coach at least 12 hours before the session. Late cancellations may result in the coach charging for the training session.
- The validity of unused training sessions expires upon the expiration of the package, and it is possible to recover the expired sessions in case of renewal within 30 days of the package expiration date.
- If you wish to cancel the package before it expires, please send a cancellation request to the email address below:
In case of early cancellation, prorate session price will be applied without the discount percentage accordingly.
Intellectual Property
Our app and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without explicit permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any harmful or inappropriate behavior.
Disclaimer
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Consult a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or dietary program.
Changes to Terms and Privacy Policy
We may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy from time to time.
Continued use of our app signifies your acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
